My name is Austin Laugesen and I’m a software engineer that lives and works in Seattle, WA. I have an affinity for technology and I develop mobile apps in my spare time. The goal of this site is to share tips and tricks that I’ve picked up in my professional career that influence how I approach all software projects. Everything that I write will revolve around software that I create outside of my full-time job.

Personal History
I grew up in Dubuque, IA and I went to college at The University of Iowa in Iowa City, IA. I studied Computer Science in the combined BS/MCS program.
